At Centr, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please ensure all items are in their original packaging and unused condition to qualify for a return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it securely to your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Place the equipment or apparel back in its original box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
